We are buzzing like bees at Mountain Spirit in Utah

Pardon the puns in my title. I could not resist the temptation to use the inferences to bees and buzzing since Cephas and I are bustling about the beehive state of Utah working on our blog business and some spiritual work. We traveled a few hundred miles this week while raising travel funds for motels, food, gas and the usual expenses it takes to take your work on the road. The sights have been fantastic and you will see some videos and images uploaded on some of our blogs this week. Today we stopped to gaze in awe at one of our favorite natural wonders. I’ll post that on The Midnight Writer so be sure to check it out later.

Our biggest challenges lie in knowing when to work for cash, when to write and when to work on advertising for our freelance writing blogging network. We left family who was expecting us to visit for several weeks and possibly months to pursue a spiritual calling. It was a tough call because our heartstrings are being tugged by our family and we long to see them all. They live in seven states so you can see the reasoning in our traveling profession. It takes us where we want and need to go and allows us to work on the road virtually any where our feet or wheels will carry us.

So here’s the Skinny on our latest business adventures. Watch for reports, updates and full scale articles in future posts based on this list below:

~ We verified 60+ blogs with Google, Alexa and Quantcast. This involved loading a verification script tag into the blog template and adding some widgets to our site. The task took both of us working on it four days done sporadically in between our personal, financial and spiritual pursuits.

~ We created several new blogs which will be transformed into domains or hosted domains in the next few months. Meanwhile, we are narrowing and defining their niche while we smooth out some interesting and creative content. All announcements about the new blogs will be made on The Midnight Writer’s Blogs.

~ We are writing the draft for a novel while we reconstruct events for a movie script. Our biggest challenge is finding a producer and financial backing to create the movie. In the meantime, Cephas and I are documenting locations and gathering as much natural footage to retell the events as possible. This is a spiritual movie based on real events and surmounts to the greatest undertaking of our lifetime.
